We have an excellent opportunity for well organised, enthusiastic and passionate sales individual to join our market leading West End team.
This is an exciting and varied role which presents an excellent opportunity to join Scotland’s leading estate agency and promote our Sunday Times and Best Estate Agent Guide award winning service. We are seeking a professional, well presented, personable and pro-active team member who will be flexible in their approach to all aspects of our business. Acting as first point of contact, the role will be primarily customer focused on the telephone as well as answering online enquiries during our ‘wrap around’ hours in the evenings.
The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic and great communication and sales skills.
Competent IT skills are a must and previous experience in estate agency would be very advantageous.
Core Hours of work;
Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
(35 hours per week)
Annual Salary – £20,000
Flexibility will be required for holiday cover. Competitive salary, holiday entitlement and employee benefits.

We have a vacancy for a passionate, enthusiastic and organised individual to join our busy Letting Management Office in Glasgow’s Southside.
This is an exciting and varied role which presents an excellent opportunity to promote Clyde’s unique approach and Best Estate Agent Guide 2019 and 2020 award winning service. We are seeking a positive, enthusiastic, organised, personable and pro-active team member who will be flexible in their approach to all aspects of our business.
Acting as first point of contact for reactive maintenance, the role will be primarily customer focused on the telephone as well as answering online enquiries (emails and Fixflo repair management software) dealing with Landlord clients, Tenants and Contractors.
The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic, great communication skills and most importantly be able to cope with the busy and varied nature of property management.
Previous experience would be advantageous.
Strong IT skills are a must.
Core hours:
Monday – Friday: 9am – 5pm
35 hours per week
Annual Salary: £20,000

Technical Team Administrator
This is an exciting and varied role which presents an excellent opportunity to promote Clyde’s unique approach and Best Estate Agent Guide 2019 and 2020 award winning service. We are seeking a positive, enthusiastic, organised, personable and pro-active team member who will be flexible in their approach to all aspects of our business.
Acting as first point of contact for planned Electrical Inspection Condition Report letting compliance renewal certification (EICRs), the role will be primarily customer focused, dealing with Landlord clients, Tenants and Contractors in the scheduling and planning of EICRs to ensure their timely renewal as well as arranging any required remedial works.
The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate a positive attitude, excellent organisational skills, a strong work ethic, great communication skills and most importantly be able to cope with the busy and varied nature of letting management.
Previous experience would be advantageous and good
Strong IT skills are a must and a good working knowledge of Excel is crucial.

The role will primarily be focused on preparing all branch properties to be launched on the market, communicating with customers and meeting compliance requirements. This role will be customer focused, answering telephone enquiries and dealing with clients and customers face to face in our office.
The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic and great organisational skills.
Competent IT skills are essential and previous experience in a sales or similar setting is a must.
Full Time – Core hours are as follows:
36 Hours per week.
Monday – Thursday 9am – 5pm
Friday 8am – 5pm
Annual Salary: £20,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
